I've recently been watching a lot of Instant Pot videos… I think this is the first time I've heard someone say to use low pressure… How does one know to use high or low??? This looks delicious with all the spices…thanks for the video…

its amazing. I cooked this as per your instructions. the only thing I did differently, is added a bit of water before the potatoes. Just a small amount to prevent any sticking. when food sticks to the bottom it is easily able to burn, and that flavour can be carried to the final dish, so that's the only thing different I would suggest. adding a teaspoon of water here and there to prevent the sticking. Overall, I used the same quantity of water as per your receipe, I just added at different stages.
I dont have low pressure mode .. will it still work? Nice recipe 👍🏼
