Looks sooo good!!!
It is raining and very cold in Texas today. I just made it and added tons of veggies and chicken thighs. It is SO good! Welcome back. Sure missed U! NINA
Oh boy, I have to make this now! Thank you. V8 is a great idea. We always have some on the fridge.
Since you have used both cabbage (whole) and the angel hair coleslaw, which did you like best? Making this week! Thanks again! Glad you are back!
Hi Kate! I made vegetable soup today. It was so good. I make mine spicy. I haven't made it in years so it was a nice change. I get to eat the whole thing myself. My kids won't touch it. I get 8 servings at 1 cup each. I put 5 in the freezer, 2 in the fridge and I ate 1. I use lentils, carrots, onion, peas, green beans, celery, corn and tomatoes I also used a couple of packs of taco seasoning, some red pepper flakes and vegetable broth, . oregano, black pepper and parsley. I put it through the recipe builder and it came out to 0 points. zucchini would be good in it and maybe some edamame, even some butternut squash. I didn't have any of those though. I also made a meatloaf with low fat organic hamburger and roasted potatoes. For some reason no one feels like meatloaf except me. It was small so I can make a few sandwiches or wraps or even throw it on a salad. I will probably make the soup weekly or every 2 weeks from now on. I have to see how long it takes me to get through this batch. I made a few desserts(sf ff pudding and jello, nothing earth shattering). Tomorrow I will probably try making a few things for my breakfasts and lunches. Normally I make yogurt but everyone has been out of the ff Fairlife milk lately. Now that I am concentrating on toning and maintaining, I think pre-planning is even more important.
This looks great. I'm not a fan of lima beans either, but I do like most vegetables and beans. :o) Thank you for sharing your recipe and for welcoming us into your kitchen. :o)
Wait? You don’t like the chalkiness of the Lima bean?? Lol I’m making this looks so good ❤️
Thank you. Looks delicious. I am going to try this recipe this week.
