    That looks great except for the peppers! Before there were instapots, my mother would make soup like that. She'd put the squash in the microwave to soften so that she could scoop out the insides. She cooked it in a pot on the stove then blended it with a canned pear. Cooked it a bit longer with some nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon and it was delicious, especially on a dark and cold winter's day.

    I used to peel B/N Squash, but there really isnt any need to, Yes you have to cook it a bit longer. But when you Blitz the soup the skin gets lost.
    Some Garlic & Coriander leaves go well with it as well
