    Those look so yummy, love the blackstone bacon! That is how I do my omelettes and yours turn out perfect. I love the idea of using a dome to get the cheese melty, I will have to try that next time.

    AWESOME video & thank you so much for the shout out. I like the idea of using the IP rings. A while back, The Warden bought a "box lot" of miscellaneous stuff at the auction & luckily it contained 2 spring form pans. I love to use those rings on the Blackstone to make "skillet" pizzas. I'll use a pastry knife & tongs to remove the ring, since I don't have chef hands like yours lol.
