I work at Kaiser Permanente here in California and I took a dietitian class because I had gastric bypass twice not once but twice cause they messed it up the first time but when I talk to the dietitian and some of the doctors that do the gastric bypass they told me to use that very creamer or any sugar-free creamer because the spike is very low and it would not affect my weight so basically the classes calories and calories out so now that I’m feeling better I’m only allowed to have 900 cal a day to eat so I’m very strict with our creamer but I work out a lot and I know people can’t work out like I do twice a day And walk all day often on and I clean house so that’s how I’m maintaining my weight and it just was hurtful to see how sad you looked. I give up your creamer, so I just wanted to share that with you. I’ll pray for you, sister, I too am a pastors wife all things are possible with the Lord Jesus Christ.
I’m a type 2 diabetic, fully controlled. I fast from 6pm until 10 am. I drink black coffee sweetened with ezsweetz, which is pure liquid sucralose. Sucralose does not spike insulin; maltodextrin definitely does. If you’re looking for something to sweeten coffee or tea, or any beverage, sucralose has no aftertaste.

Thank goodness we won’t actually experience any sort of negative feelings about people not in heaven. It will be a perfect place, no place for looking back.

I also do like the idea of going off your Creamer. Mostly because I feel like if you're trying to be healthy if I am trying to be healthy I like to stay off things that have a lot of artificial ingredients… I try to eat as much real food stuff that is grown and made withouthe ingredients you cannot pronounce.

I am fortunate that I have never really liked sweeteners or flavored creams I prefer my coffee unadulterated.
That being said, we all have our Challenges.
I have never commented on where I think you are going nor have I seen any other comments about where people think you are going.
But I know me ….and it would be maui 2nd choice kawaii sorry that's me I have no better choices than that. I am in love! We go almost every year. We went for 5 years and we also one of those trips was our 40th anniversary
and now we are 44 years just about married 🌞

✍ Hi Leslie… I'm surprised you can still get pedicures cause around here where I live they have quit doing pedicures since the pandemic. Leslie you could probably keep your coffee creamer but give up some other things in its place and your body and mind won't feel deprived which is what causes so many people to give up. Looks like the new church property will be profitable for the church. I bought a small Aldi brand Air fryer last year and haven't used it much but the numbers wipe off ha ha ha. Pastor Bryant churches are failing cause they are preaching what people want Not what God wants. In other words preaching the likes and wants of man. I hear that the Methodist church is dividing over homosexuality and that is so sad and shameful A Catholic nun Mother Angelica from EWTN catholic TV who is now deceased once said about homosexuality…you hate the sin not the person and I've never forgotten that.
