    These look awesome except I don't have all the ingredients. How are you doing these days Kathy you look glowing in your new videos or more recent videos. This came up and recommended and I wanted to say hello and this is a great idea for breakfast you could even add some cooked grits if people like that. I said hello a while ago in one of your videos and I don't think you saw me.

    Thanks! Like you said, the ingredients can vary. I like the idea of using small, wide-mouth Mason jars, since they can be used for storage. I use quart Mason jars to make yogurt, and without the trivet they'll fit, just barely, if arranged just right.

    I am a single woman and would like to make a few for a day or so. Can I warm the jar in the microwave and how long? Or can I warm it in my air fryer for how long? Probably rather use air fryer to warm it.
