I normally find American style cooking of especially beef tends to look raw on the inside but your's is cooked thru and thru. Nice! We Caribbean people like our meats well done. I will be following your channel.

Ok, I’ve got to try this. My smoker won’t hold heat in the winter and I can’t control it well enough to do brisket anyway. The oven on the other hand… I’m looking forward to this.

Thank you so much for this. I'm making my first brisket and the other videos were really graphic and scary imo. Yours was so soothing and made me feel comfortable during this process. Just wanted you to know you are veryyyy much appreciated

This was my first time cooking a beef brisket and after watching several videos I decided to go with your recipe, oh my goodness I’m so glad I did my brisket came out so juicy so tender that when I went to pick it up with a fork after slicing it, it fell apart. I so appreciate your video, thank you. Definitely sub.

A helpful hint I use when dealing with rubs is to put it in an old empty season shaker with wide holes. Then all you need to do is shake the rub over the meat. Close the cap and save the rest for later… Oh and label the shaker with what it is and the date made.

I just made it this weekend. but used one pound of mushrooms instead of onions. I might use more mushrooms next time but everything turned out great. Filtered out the fat and used the mushrooms and juices to make an incredible brown mushroom gravy that went fantastic with my whipped potatoes and cauliflower.
