You’ve taught me how to make noodles and even dumpling skins that I thought were too hard to make on my own. The best part is that you showed the detailed, step-by-step process to make them in a stand mixer. I’ve come to rely on my mixer more and more because I have nerve damage in my wrists and elbows due to decades of abuse as a wheelchair user.
One tip I may be able to pass on to other seated or short folks is a clear Pyrex mixing bowl is extremely helpful. I can see the state of the dough from the sides of the bowl and that means I don’t have to stop the kneading process constantly to check the water to flour ratio. Just make sure it’s the right bowl for your mixer model. Thanks again!
Sorry, seems like a very time consuming hussle to me without even meat and almost no vegetables.Not very nutrician for this time consuming meal. Might be tasty, but wouldn't it be more attractive to try first on ready made noodles and make it more nutrician?
I like these ones Mandy because you don't have to cook much. You only need to cook the noodles and it's ready, then just mix through the seasonings! Very easy!
