I always make the WHITE FOLKS version of every recipe and it's always BETTER than the black folks version. I guess it's because of white privilege, somehow. Oh and it doesn't include that Jiffy Mix stuff. So much better without it.

Nah, you puttin onion in it? Its sposed to be sweet to go with the hot bbq. I think whites make it better if this is how u do. You cant even mess with my catfish breadng and hand rolled hushpuppies!! U put onions in your hushpuppies too????

Well now I'll admit, I just made the "non-black" version of this with the Jiffy mix included & it was just okay. I'm not the hugest fan of Jiffy & don't know if I'd make it again.
But this version I love ❤️. Black folks always take it up a notch!
