Please man look up the fda food list! All the vegan foods have rat ooop, insects, bugs, we cannot be vegans if we are eating this. Now that you know you have a obligation to stop eatibg those foods, or stop calling yourself vegan.
I am just living off potatoes now and some fruits and veggies, please also talk about the vegan celebrities who refuse to talk about the farm animals being killed for dog food, nobody wants to touch the issue , will u?
