All these "sugar replacers". I mean, call me old-fashioned (and well perhaps I am), but nothing beats good old regular granulated sugar. I mean. If you read what these replacements can do to your bowels if consumed too much (and it's in everything, right), then… Nope. Sugar for me.

Pizza muffins? I am guessing they're not gonna live long. It's like, you call them, and as soon as they get out of the oven they're spoken for. LOL. My gran (10 kids) was the same with hers. Kids know when mom's about to bake something nice!
You can make the applesauce muffins vegan, if you switch the egg out with apple sauce (1egg = 3 tblsp. apple sauce/1 egg = 1/2 banana) and butter with margarine.

Love the recipes! Always looking for something new to try. My boys are older and on their own, but I still make and bake for them. What makes my life easier with muffin making is a large cookie scoop, I think it's 2 1/2 inches in size (across), and much faster.
