Additional info of what other pumpkin to use. Besides kabocha squash, you can also use other pumpkin that are generically labeled “sugar pumpkins” or “pie pumpkins.” Here are some specific names for examples: Baby Pam, Autumn Gold, Peanut Pumpkin, Orange Smoothie, Ghost Rider, Jarrahdale Pumpkin, Long Pie Pumpkins, Dickinson Pumpkin, Red Kuri Squash, Buttercup Squash, Butternut squash, New England Pie Pumpkin, Lumina (which are white), Cinderella, and Fairy Tale.

    Can't wait to try this!
I hav your wok. Nice but several places are sticking. I think I cleaned it too much. It did stick a bit originally, thus my heavy cleaning. I now understand wok care and maintenance.
If food sticks, once done, burn the food off, carbonatising thoese spots. Oil and burn again. Eventually all areas will become very canonized and nonstick. Potatoes or meat are great to coat sticky spots then burn them! Eggs are great for final seasoning test.
    Learning so much!
You should update your wok preparation video for these tips. Very good to know.
    Thank you so much!✌😀👍💞

Been watching SURs for awhile and find the recipes quite nice. I got my hands on the chopsticks today, and they truly are very beautiful. Nice weight and super smooth. Have not eaten with them yet, but I don’t anticipante any issues. Neither too thick nor too thin. Sparkling white. Nicely researched product. Quick shipping (10 days from China to Canada) Nice !

I plan on making this on Saturday 11/27/21. I'm going to use what I have on hand, so it will be Italian Hot Sausages (without the skin of course) and Atlantic Salmon Wantons and the Soup using Butternut Squash all other soup ingredients will be the same as Mandy's including the Baby Bok Choi . I'm only cooking for 2 so I don't need too much. I've got 2 Sausages and a whole side of Salmon to cut from so I'm thinking 50/50 mix of Sausage and Salmon ( I'll cut from the tail area for these), I'll freeze whatever Wantons I don't use for next time. All of Mandy's Recipes that I've made are awesome… Egg Rolls, Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mein, Shrimp and Broccoli, Egg Drop Soup and of course Char Siu <— her 1st video on YT.

I love the addition of the squash. It not only gives the soup broth a beautiful golden colour; I also appreciate the healthy boost that it brings. I love it and love what you do on this channel.

I made this tonight and it was delicious. I cheated with the stock… no squash, I'll do better next time. I made the wontons exactly as you did and they were perfect. Thank you!
