It's neither messless nor perfect. First I didn't hear a temperature, secondly I've never been able to find parchment paper that completely covered the sides so it ALWAYS leaks.

I do my bacon at 400* for around 12 to13 min. If you cut the bacon in half, while it's still in the packaging, it will shrink less. I have no idea why, but it shrinks less.

I take a regular microwave safe dinner plate and place a paper towel on it. Then I take six pieces of bacon and line them up next to each other, cover them with another paper towel. Then I put them in the microve and cook it for 5 – 5 1/2 minutes. It also comes out crispy, doesn't shrink and doesn't curl up. Fast and easy!

Love your cooking videos so much!! I have made several of them and they are delish, and the fact you keep them simple is a big plus. Rarely make a complicated recipe. Thank you for sharing.

I guess that's why they call it bake-on ๐Ÿฅ“ My go-to method for cooking is on a griddle or frying pan, even for these thick cut bacons. Great, now I'm hungry for bacon again, lol ๐Ÿฅ“๐Ÿคค
