I add a sprinkle of smoked paprika on top also. Otherwise, pretty much the same. I do like the idea of mixing the sauce first though. Got to try that.

This is similar to a coleslaw dressing….basics the same, Mayo, vinegar (never use white only for cleaning ☺️) sugar.
This macaroni salad is given
When i make my Salad Dressings I use mayo pickle juices' and milk all to taste and mustard , to much milk more mayo you don't want more of any one thing standing out, sugar .
1. Whisk mayo, mustard, vinegar, paprika, pepper, salt, sugar
2. Add celery, onion, carrot, pepper, scallion, jalapeno and mix
3. Add drained, cooled, cooked noodles and mix.
4. Let noodles soak with sauce in the refrigerator for 4 hours/ overnight.
5. Serve and enjoy!
I cannot stand sweet pasta or potato salads, I never add any sugar. I'll try this one, but maybe only add a teaspoon of sugar max
