Hi , I hope you read this. Could you ever give any advice on how to start a restaurant. I've dreamed of opening one since two years ago and I'm still clueless. I have no idea on where to start. How big of a place I should rent. What permits I need. What I should start doing as of now. I don't know if places come equipped or if I should buy everything even if the lease is used as restaurant. My family and I don't have money to make any mistake so this is why I haven't ventured on doing it myself. I've asked people I know ( about two) but aren't to detailed on what I really should look into. Thank you

This is great timing! I’ve just discovered that my local freshco has frozen rice cakes and I’ve been trying to think of what to do with them before I buy.

Love this recipe, thank you for giving us the Korean names too. My local Asian market's employees don't speak English, I may not say it perfectly, but they are always able to get me what I need! I love making your recipes!

Those rice cakes look similar to Idli in Indian cooking. I look Idli. They are basically rice cakes but probably wouldn't stay together in a soup. Idli is helpful for having something to dip into the very spicy Indian dishes.
