    FYI Hungarians never add the paprika to a pot that is heated. Remove pot from IP add the sweet paprika. Over heating will destroy to flavor. I was born in Hungary and all the Hungarian cooks I know remove the pot then add the paprika to the sauted onions. I am glad that there is an IP recipe. I modified my mother's Dutch oven recipe to use an IP instead. Thanks for your efforts.
