Beer can chicken definetly benifits more when cooked on the grill.It counters the drying out that would normally be associated with the grilling.I'm a long time griller smoker kind of guy so I'm trying to learn some new ways to cook.Still an awesome vid!! Thanks for sharing!!
This is going to sound disgusting, but many years ago my mother made beer spaghetti and it was heavy with beer taste. It was awesome! So I asked her how she did it. She said, "Pour half a can of Old Milwaukee's Best per two jars of sauce and let simmer while the pasta's boiling." I'm wondering if you switch pilsners if that might add more beer flavor. Give it a try some time.

I have a tiny 2q pressure cooker. Makes me want to put beer in the bottom of the cooker instead of water or broth when I next make thighs.
