WOW!! Mr. Bad Beast. This stew looks DELISH!!! My mouth is watering. I am going to make this tonight. And the surprise HAM ingredient was a real winner. Thank You! I'm subscribing because you went the extra mile to write your ingredients on the same page. I don't bother with people who don't. Will be looking forward for more!!

I always brown the meat add broth to deglaze, then cook the meat 20 minutes let it pressure down. Then add my veggies and seasonings to the pot and pressure another 15 minutes and allow it to pressure down. Then you have super tender meat and firm but cooked veggies

Great video brother. Really appreciate the caution on the browning inside the cooker. This happened to me before seeing your video. Thought the cooker was defective! Thanks for the great recipe!,

Your a man who knows how to cook,. I loved how thick your stew was. Was that due solely because of the flour you used to coat the stew meat ? A beautiful looking stew.

It looked wonderful. Thanks for pointing out the mistake. I know about deglazing in the pressure cooker, however I prefer to brown my meat on the stove. I just got my pressure cooker and I was curious about the process. Watching you cleared up how to go about the process in the pressure cooker. Loved the video, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing this great recipe ! You can Brown your meat with flour in your cooker, just Brown and remove the cubes then deglaze the cooker with broth or wine to unstick the stuff on bottom then put the meat back in
