    Excellent elaboration, very good effort…. It were better you had cooked a large piece of tenderloin and cut it against the grain when cooked… Other than that i don't think you should apply olive oil when adding seasoning. Furthermore, steak can come from different cuts of beef not necessarily the tenderloin; and there isn't concept of raising special breeds of cow. For the WAGYU, yes that is special, but again not raised for special purpose, except that the breed has more fat marbling in the meat that helps with more juices…. Thank you
