Hi, Emiley! Just an FYI on the IP hard boiled eggs – you can put in as many eggs as the IP will hold. I've done 2 dozen at a time (doesn't matter if they're stacked on top of each other), they all turn out great!

Great job! I love doing egg coffee. I've tried it both ways and like it best with just the yolk, but it's crazy how good it turns out! And the instant pot eggs are a lifesaver. I do a dozen every week for meal prep. They're always perfect and always so easy to peel. Good job!
