I love Egg Foo Young. I have always eaten it with the gravy that they put on it over here in the States. Something else to consider is that a lot of places I have gotten it also include bean sprouts. Not sure if this is keto, but I would think it would be. If it is, this would be a great addition.
The foo yung I've had has the brown gravy that I love. Could you make it? PLEASE, make the gravy.

I’ve made and eaten egg foo yong for years your version is quite different than what I make. Yours is worth a try
