I'd have done a 'slow' pressure release and after the time was up, left the unit off and let the pressure release naturally for about 30 minutes (extra cooking time) before releasing the excess pressure and opening the unit. red meats can often 'seize' if the pressure is released too quickly because moisture pulled from the meat and can go tough, pressure cooking was a massive learning curve for me. Its not an easy method to master but you did a good hob Gareth!! ☺

    Looked delicious
Must admit I’d be disappointed if I put a slab of meat in the pressure cooker and then opened it up and all that was left was a fish finger sized piece of beef 🤣

Every day I cook meat in my pressure cooker as it is easy and comes out delicious. I usually cook oyster blade or intercostals for approx 30 mins. with about 1 cup water/stock and salt.

For-blimey looks fantastic Gareth. You are slowly but surely converting to buy an air-fryer. Looking into the black Friday sale deals going for one. It must defiantly help break even and save energy costs. Keep up with the super videos.

Looked up prices of Ninja's cooker and I might have to go for a cheaper one (Crockpot is a good make generally and much cheaper). My daughter might splash out for me for Christmas. Your videos make me want to buy stuff as you have a way of presenting quite differently than anyone else – more genuinely. Like others have said, you need to get sponsorship. Good luck.

I can almost smell that! 😋
Definitely needs dumplings… So quick and easy to make
    I've only ever slow-cooked brisket.
A friend of mine reckoned 'skirt' was a good, tasty cheap cut of beef if you fancy trying something different.
