Hello my beautiful fam!! Welcome to the heart of my home, my kitchen!!!!! ♥️ ❤️ It’s another beautiful day and today we …
I love you all so much!!!! Happy Monday, ❤ I’m a Mexican who LOVES El Salvador and of course their delicious pupusas, I by no means trying to offend anyone by recreating a recipe out of my culture, this is a recipe I learned back in the day from my Salvadorian friend and has forever been a staple in my house 😊 so big shout out to her.
I love 🇸🇻
OH MY GOD 😱😱😱 OREGANO 😱😱😱
Great one 🎉🙏👍
The way you explained, I love it, very easy to make it
❤
Deep thought
When you eat the bean's eventually your going to have to cut the cheese
Love pupusas
I’ve tried to make these before and failed 😩 but your video seems easier I will definitely try again 😊 I’ll come back with an update 😊
It’s that she not only cooks but Eats spotlessly in such nice clothes that gets me! How dare you do it all!! 🤣😆
Im salvadorean and watching you make and taste those pupusas just made me go buy some for dinner
Zi always lok forward to these nids
Where did you get your cute dress? I need it haha!!
And now for the best part…seeing Claudia! 😘💋❤️love this recipe thank you
I love authentic Mexican. You were sent here for me. Thank you
I really wish you had zoomed in on the final Pupusas. We couldn’t even see what they look like when you tore them apart!! 😢
That are the worst pupusas
They look like cardboard 😂😂😂😂
What is the name of that flat pan you used to cook the pupusas on?
Better not see no fucken salvadorans here talking shit cause a Mexican is making pupusas. Y'all buy our beer, our marinated meats from the Mexican carnecerias, copy our antojitos and make our shit all the time so por favor cut that shit out. 😂
Now for the best part!
I'm Salvadorian and my pupusas are the worst I can easily make the food but the pupusas they look horrible so I just make cheese and loroco 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Great video.
I’m salvadorean and love that you made pupusas ❤ , Put a little bit of oil when you are cooking it on the Comal so is little crunchy
What’s the best way to warm up the pupusas if they get cold?
If you liked her attempt at pupusas imagen trying the real thing, kudos to Claudia for trying and not being from El Salvador.
OMG….thanks for this recipe. BTW can you teach us how to make chicharron prensado…..which would be awesome for these pupusas…😋
I am so happy to see that you have a cookbook coming out. I just placed my order. I love Mexican food and your videos are my go-to choice for the best food!
Mmm yum 😋 I love when you share different cuisines and are always so respectful. This looks delish!
❤️👍🏻oh yum
💕
7:25 Wow 🤩 Claudia I was impressed by your pupusa recipe And I love pupusas but the chicharrón with cheese are my favorites and here in DFW is hard to find a place with a decent pupusa but Houston tx is the place where we go crazy over pupusas in restaurants and we found this lady from “El Salvador “ and she makes pupusas for a living every weekend and let me tell you that she knows how to make pupusas so delicious that she is famous for her way she makes it besides she is so nice and humble and she takes pride in what she cooks 😊I thank you for sharing your recipe with us I will let my wife to take a challenge with the pupusas cause she can make homemade tortillas by hand if you know what I mean lol 😝 lol Gracias!! Saludos!!!😊
Am salvadorean cabbage don't need to be cook but hot water in a bowl with a little be of vinegar (we use pineapple vinegar ) and salt submerge cabbage only for 3 minutes drain put cabbage in another bowl add onions, carrots, oregano and a little be of black pepper whatever else you like because cabbage is hot it will cook onion and carrots and the other ingredients and cover the curtido do the steam will continue cooking the cabbage is a lot difference how we Salvadorean make the salsa and the rest at the end I like to see in the video when who ever cook open a pupusa to see if the filling is spread to the edges in the pupusa and you didn't Salvadorean videos they do because is a big deal for us if the filling is spread inside because if they do that's mean the pupusa taste good if the filling is not spread to the edges that's mean they don't taste good but at least you have the idea and you explain ok 🇸🇻🇺🇸
You speak to fast, can't keep up, slow down on the ingredients list if possible, otherwise ur a great cook.😊
It Looks Great. SERIOUSLY.
Two Things:
Are those black beans?
And
Does the taste of the Vinegar blend in? It looked like too much but I will still FOLLOW your recipe. 👈🏼
You're the BEST!!❤❤❤
My friend made these for me with just beans and cheese so good any way you make them😊👏💟
🔥
I'm Salvadoran and I think you did a great job, they looked delicious and how you explained to make them was so so easy!! Awesome as always Claudia, saludos from new mexico!!❤
Hello from utah, hi Chiquita Hermosita ,thank you again you sorta read my mind ,I purchased the correct masa just needed your trusted recipe. Bendiciones Cloudia y Gracias .
Not Claudia grabbing that pupusa and flipping it over with her bare hands.😲👑🏆 Never disappoints💝🌈🌞
Great dish and as always, you look amazing Claudia ❤❤
Claudia, how many pupusas do you get from a doughade with 4 cups of masa corn flour, as per your recipe? I want to freeze some and enjoy some as well.
As a Salvadorian girl here these look perfect!
Oh my tummy is growling for some pupusas. I have everything I need to make the curtido. I'll have to find some maseca flour and Oaxaca cheese, which has jumped in price to a level i can't believe here in NYC 😢
