Love using my Instant pot. I don't get a lot of opportunities to use it on video, but I do use it fairly often. That's the style BBQ my mother use to do for us in the kitchen. I can't remember my Dad or mom ever having a grill or smoker, so everything was done in the kitchen. Use to love her oven baked BBQ chicken.
