Trust me, it’s not just you. I’ve gotten a little better with age (62), but still there. I’ve tried to learn, relax and the world won’t end if I don’t get a load of clothes done. And prayer. Also, and taken me a long time, it’s me and roll with it. Have a wonderful day! ❤️

I made the hamburger buns last night for supper, we had bacon cheeseburgers and they were delicious! No more store bought buns!! I love making our sandwich bread, rolls, etc, but that was my first time making hamburger buns! Thanks for sharing the recipe! We are having crockpot pot roast, mixed beans and cornbread for supper tonight, it's one of my favorite meals! I also stress about everything I need to get done until it's all done! I will wake up all through out the night thinking about what I need to get done the next day.

You are not alone with stressing before appointments and such. I don't sleep much at all before things like that. I have no idea why it is so prevalent now but I do think it is because of other peoples expectations of us. Like going to an appointment and you have a small window before you end up being turned away and them still charging you for it! Yeah, I think it has a lot to do with that. When I am just staying home doing what I plan I don't stress even when I have a lot to do.

I’m just like that! I have lists written, in my phone, I’m anxious all night and sometimes I can’t sleep then I wake up early to get things done but still feel stressed until I get it done! And I have a part time job out of the home and i homeschool my 2 youngest so that’s stresses me out when I want a certain schedule and it doesn’t work or I’m scared it won’t work. 😑
I’m trying to listen to God more about being worried or anxious! 🤷🏻‍♀️ You’re right….can’t help who u are! You are doing great!!

Good morning angel girl and everyone else 😇 I've had anxiety for many many years. And I have prayed and prayed 🙏. It's not like it used to be. But, it's still trying to stick around here. But I don't want it 🤣🤣. I already prayed about it this morning. And God is so good to help me to relax. I start saying ,"Thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus. Over and over again. I try to do this everyday and night. I don't ask Jesus for anything, while I am thanking God. I just let Him know that I am thankful!!!! It's worked alot for me sweetie. God bless you and your family. Have a blessed day 😇. Love you guys 😇🥰😇

I just told you about my anxiety the other day so you are most definitely not alone ❤️ I was diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia a year ago at 32 so my anxiety has been through the roof since! I'm on medicine now the rest of my life for the heart arrhythmia. 😔 plus I homeschool my 2 kids, so some days my anxiety is just really bad. I just have a hard time understanding and accepting why this diagnosis happened to me. I understand many people have better or worse, but I haven't come to terms with this yet since it's changed my life around. I know God has a plan, but I just wonder why.

If you think this thought it really helps “Delay your despair” until it is validated. You will find that telling yourself that tricks the mind. Also when it’s starts to be severe, go splash cold water on your face a couple of times, gives yourself a “reset” it really works! I hope this can help you, your wonderful ❤

    Good morning Tiffany
Dinner looked delicious esp the homemade pickled onions on the homemade rolls, yummmm.
I deal with Anxiety n stress disorder for the last three years, PTSD, mostly from my dealings with COVID 2020 to this day. I can understand what you go through. 🙏. You are who you are and there are those you can’t “possibly” understand why you feel this way but I’ve learn to tune them out.
Lol! 😂 my great nieces and nephews are the same way with eating. They are growing so fast. I saw four of them on Tuesday and it was amazing how much their changing which is wonderful.
They’re healthy and happy and that’s what matters most. They’re all active too.😊😊😊😊
You’re an awesome mom and have an awesome family….
    Thanks for sharing.
Have a fantastic and blessed day. I’ll check Julia’s channel out.

Good morning I have severe anxiety disorder and yes I am the same way. I have a plan for everything and if it does not go as planned in my mind the day is over. It can be debilitating but I do not let it go that far and I work on it every day. You are not alone.

I know the feeling. I have to early and I do need to get my things done. It does stink sometimes. I have general and social anxiety so it can be very tough. I wish I could tell you it gets easier, but I can't. I think it boils down down to trying to manage it as best as possible. Just know your not alone. There are a lot of us out there.
