    I don’t do the Ina sheet pan method. I grew up browning in the pan. I feel there’s more flavor. I also like using a bunch of cloves of garlic. I love the garlicky taste. Lots of alcohol in this recipe lol

    Well I made this 2 days ago and let it steep in the fridge for 2 days. I was going to put a mash top on it (cottage pie style), but in the end just the mash on the side. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!!
