I followed the exact recipe, and soaked the pearl millet overnight. The taste turned out great but my millets were undercooked after six whistles also, so I pressure cooked for three more whistles. Unfortunately, it still felt a tad bit undercooked. I ate it like that haha, I hope it won't lead to any health hazards.
If grind the bajra Lil bit gives great taste

Thanks for the video, just one point to add โmain healthy ingredient in this kichidi is soaked water but you thrown the water away and used fresh water which is not good โ please use same soaked water form next time also explain same in the next videos so that your followers will get good information from your videos . You can use coarse grinded bajra ( bajra dalia). It's easy to cook even without soaking. I use the same.
