I feel like during this time, a lot of people are making baked goods because they’re so comforting! I’d love to see some lightened up healthier lower calorie versions of some desserts!

Pork is insanely cheap right now. Can we get some simple recipes with pork and or bacon? Freshly ground pork at my Asian market is only 2.5$ right now! (But I would wish for real pork recipes. Not sausage … Paleo all the way.)

Hi there, I have a question I'd love your tips or advice on. Being on quarantine / lock down we're all trying to do as few trips to the grocery store as possible. You mentioned that you buy garlic and onions fresh and in bulk, how do you keep it fresh? I'm finding that mine aren't lasting long enough for me to use them, so I end up buying less. Which I don't want to do, because I use them in every dinner and don't want to be buying them every few days.

Just to say, plants have a more digest protein for us humans. Plus, lentils, chickpeas, edamames, beans, tofu, tempeh, or even quinoa & potatoes have more proteins than a steak.

Suggestion for a possible vid at some point; some advice/options for pinto or garbanzo beans since so many of us have those in storage and are at home now ….
