shorts Ono Shiki Seimenkis 小野式製麺機 are old discontinued cast iron Japanese noodle machines. Many hardcore ramen nerds eventually buy one of these …
Would actually like to see some udon videos once in a while
Or made a new part from scratch and build your own machine like Alex French Guy Cooking did.
No noodle making? Why
I make some of your recipes on my food truck now.
You're an inspiration.
You need a Facebook Page we can all follow and show you our pictures!
Way of Udon, let's go. Bukkake Udon for next vid
Oh no,now I need an antique Japanese noodle machine
This looks alot like the machine that Alex french guy cooking received and had made final customisations
I want one!!!
Yeap! New udon wave emperors! ^_^
Oh my god lol that’s exactly the kind of mistake I’d make. I’ll follow you no matter what kind of noodles you’re making though!!!
Or if you're Okinawan, Way of the Soba. Cause we all know Okinawa soba rocks!
If you do get a custom cutter can you share where you got it from?
Just get a machinist to make the noodle cutter bro!
He really bought a new noodle making machine and didn't make noodles for the video
Hey man can you maybe react to sameats? His videos are amazing and always made from scratch and he also made short video on shoyu ramen
Ok legit I cracked when u said “way of udon” haha well played!
I think I saw this thing once in @papadesuyo's video. Please check him out. His channel is way underrated, his recipes are all good and he often makes everything from scratch. He has a lot of knowledge about cooking and yes I'm his huge fan.
You deserve way more subscribers my dude. Your dedication is inspiring.
Cost about 500 bucks, you got money
Honestly tho, udon videos would be really nice on the channel in my opinion
Udon yes please!!!
Beautiful piece of machinery, even if you needed to get some replacement parts.
I'm curious if you've ever heard of Kogashi Miso Ramen. I've only ever found one place that ever made it and it closed.
2nd channel confirmed?
Been lusting after one of these for a while!
Most Onoshiki type 1 will come with 2.2mm cutter such as the one you just got. 2.2 is great for udon or Jiro style noodles but otherwise, most people in Japan use the onoshiki roller for low hydration mentai(noodle belt) and just use a pasta cutter to cut into thinner noodles.
