Hey Hope! Thanks for this video! I am excited to try these ideas! I am wondering where you found your sink strainer you were using for your trash? I need one for myself! Sorry if you have said it before and I missed it! Thanks again! Everything looked great.
I wish my aldi would gets roasts that big. Dang. Those cheese and pepperoni snacks yum. Havnt made those in a hot minute
Great ideas, thank you. Just curious, how big was that chuck roast? I have one about 2.5 lbs but haven't been brave enough to cook it.
Thanks Hope for bringing it back to the basics. I forget how simple a keto or low carb meal prep can be!! I am going to make some cheese crisps now with the leftovers from New Years!! Cheers to the new year, Bonnieπ¨π¦
That chuck roast is amazing!!β I made it this week in meal prep too. I could eat the whole thing in a siting if I didnβt portion it out. Andy knows the good stuff lol π More for him! lol I saw that Ready Set Keto made the bacon burger bites too this week- they formed the hamburger into a hot dog shape then wrapped the bacon around. More bites π I still need to make those. Yummy prep Hope! And awesome job on your 2022 goals. π€©
Andy was like a kid who got caught lol
These food prep videos are really helpful. THank you.
Wow, I really like these ideas. I'm not keto but these recipes seem to be carnivore as well. I'm still doing BBBE so trying not to include dairy but this could be a game changer. Thanks so much. Be well.

Garbage bowl is great
Back to basics is always the way to go. I feel like the more comfortable we get on keto the further we complicate things. Love all the recipes!
I feel ya, sometimes you just got to start fresh
Great video. I always love your food prep ideas.
What was your oven temperature and time for the cheese chip?
Best way to start…for everyone and anyone
Simple is Best. Thank you for sharing π
Back to the basics is so smart. After a train wreck of a year (my fault) and seeing the food pictures that randomly pop up on my phone, it makes me realize the basics worked. I made the cheese squares, pepperoni chips, and so much more. I started in Jan. 18 and the packaged foods got plentiful sometime after that. I don't watch any reviews on snacks or Keto Krate anymore. If we want it, I'll make it. Live and learn. Sometimes learning the hard way shakes you back to reality. Keep those videos coming, they really help.
I definitely need to start buying lunch meat again. Those lunch meat roll UPS are great since I can't really have cheese too much I used to take a thin slice of pickle and roll that up in the lunch meat it was delicious
I need to make those cheese chips. I absolutely love cheese and that would be a delicious snack. I melt cheese on my mini dash griddle and I love it. Great video as always.
The grocery hauls and meal preps are great. I am really impressed with you and Andy and your commitment of the last year. I really need to go back and binge watch the videos to see if you did any fasting. I think I remember Andy saying something about having days where he only ate one meal in a day. Question on the bacon burger balls. Did you fry them or cook them in the oven? They look delish! Thanks for such a great channel
Can you please share your exact recipe and cooking times and temp for the chuck roast? I've been living the ketogenic lifestyle for 4.5 years but after Thanksgiving gave carnivore a try and I really felt great and lost some more weight. My husband and I are doing a 30 day carnivore challenge for January and love all your ideas!! We LOVE Chuck roast but would love to try Andy's favorite way to have it cooked. Thanks for all your inspiration and great easy ideas. I needed the back to basics video, perfect timing!!
Food looks great, my new favorite for me is turnips in place of potatoes. I cut them up and boil them is chicken broth. They can be mashed and then add butter and cheese. I also take them after they are boiled and fry them with onion and sprinkle them with cheese. I know you could come up with something else that would be delish.
I don't snack too much, as I eat PLENTY at my meal. But everything looked so yummy. I am going to have to try the bacon wrapped meat balls; they are calling me! Thank you for sharing another fun and informative video!
yummy all of them
That food looked so good!! Especially that Chuck roast! Guess I'll go eat my yogurt now, lol.
Everything looks great
As you know, I'm not a big cook, but I do like to clean as I go. I don't want to have to deal with cleaning up the kitchen after I have cooked. I think it's a great tip.
My microwave is on the blitz, and I need to run out here in the next few days and get a new one. I will grab a few more chuck roasts while I'm out. They are seriously so good. I can't say that I'm a huge meat fan, but it doesn't bother me, either.
Have you tried Maria's chewy PSMF bread? It's much better than the original recipe, and I like to just slice it and eat it with melted butter. OMG!!!
Where's my little Ralphie man today? Oh, I was just thinking about the name stickers for our planners. I suggest Andy make a video showing us how to do that π In his spare time, of course! You guys take care!
Itβs so fast it makes me dizzy. Lol
Well done. Theres is Hope, for Hope! What a positive name π
Hey Mission Keto. I fell down hard during the Holidays. Thanks for doing this video. Back to basics is what i needed. Im not to interested in cooking anymore. But i need things handy so i can stay on plan.
Chuck Roast always π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯
These were awesome ideas; thank you so much! πππ
Your roast always looks so good. I definitely want to try the cheese chips. Thanks for sharing!
Looks great!
Good afternoon Mission Keto. Those homemade cheese chips on parchment paper look absolutely delicious. – and so does that sliced turkey rolled around those mozarella cheese sticks. Thanks for sharing – and Happy New Year to Y'all. By the way, that chuck roast looks just about as perfect as one could expect. π
I'm with ya, Hope! The simple basic stuff is the way to go! I make the Carnivore Quest chuck roast all the time, too. It's the easiest and tastiest way!
I never thought to make those rolls with string cheese, I have no idea why! Gonna do that this weekend! π€ͺ
Awesome video! π
