    Please don’t be upset but I cringed every time you poured that powdered creamer into your coffee…….. but like you said, take baby steps. I think you’re doing a great job.     I really like alternate day fasting. That is the only thing that has helped me to actually see weight loss despite the fact that I was at the gym every day and doing 40 minutes of cardio and weightlifting. And I think this can be a sustainable lifestyle not doing every other day but maybe fasting every 2 to 3 days. Once I lose these 10 pounds, I plan on alternate day fasting for an additional 30 days and then doing every 3 to 4 days fast in order to help to maintain

    Your food always looks so good, gonna try out the stew for sure!! As a Christian, have you tried prayer and fasting? It's not weightloss focused, but I found when I had a more consistent spiritual fasting life, food in general had much less 'control' over my life. Some churches do corporate fasts, or you can try on your own ❤️❤️

    Hey huni… Trick to adf if you're having issues "clean fasting", you can have 500 calories on your fast days. I personally wouldn't recommend it, but I do have a hand full of nuts on my struggle fasting days. I'm currently down 40 pounds in two months. Yes it's a lot for a short time, but I'm sure it's mostly water weight, and I'm personally not complaining. Lol. Loving your progress. Keep going mama, you're definitely an inspiration!☺️💐
