I love the style of your videos, *subscribed*… like how you explain what we're seeing on the screen, and how you speed up the video to show us the essential steps but don't waste time with showing it all in regular motion. Nice channel, nice recipes, and your accent, for me as this Brit, sounds so interesting.

Made these for Thanksgiving today and they were WONDERFUL! I wanted to share with my daughter but she is allergic to soy. Do you know if another type of plant-based milk would work for the dough?

Where did you go Jill?! I’ve been checking back regularly, excited for more of your Thanksgiving recipes, but you’ve been MIA for a month. Hope all is well, and can’t wait to see you back in action!

Jill! I am excited to use your recipes for Thanksgiving. One question. Will you do a video on timing? I feel like that is the hardest part on Thanksgiving day. When do I start? Do I start the day before? What order do I cook things in? You know what I mean, that's perfect timing it's hard to figure out!

I appreciate your keeping things oil free but I stay strict WHPB except on the holidays. White flour and vegan butter are then allowed. So I downloaded your recipe and hope to wow my posse when I have perfected it.

Tip for slicing cinnamon roll dough. I use dental floss, plain, unflavored. Tear off a piece abot 12-15 inches long. Slide it under the dough roll cross the floss over the top of the dough and pull. It slices through easily and without the deforming that a knife does. Tfs. Looks so good!

    Hi Jill:

I just made these, I don't have a mixer and so I just kneaded the recipe. It took them a little longer to rise the first time and they're in the oven with the light on rising a second time. Can't wait till they're done!

Jill, just so you know – My mother made homemade bread for years. Every so often her dough wouldn't rise or the bread would taste salty. During those times I would knead the dough for her and it would come out fine. We never did figure out what caused the issue (could have been stress, medications, or those lovely female hormones ). So never feel bad when the dough doesn't rise. I'm glad this batch worked out for you though. Awesome looking rolls!

Yum….I wanted to see them tuck into those cinnamon rolls… my mouth was watering. That is one thing i seriously miss after going gluten free and plant based is cinnamon rolls.
