if you cut a x into the bottom of the tomato before boiling you can remove skin super easy if you have any trouble.

I’m making some today! Yum! Thank you so much. I have a Senegal Parrot I inherited when my parents died. He forages on jalapeño peppers and Serrano peppers. He loves the seeds. My mother told me to always look for the peppers with the same striations. She said those are the birds favorite and now I know why. It’s hotter! 😂 He smells like a jalapeño actually. Lol

In Mauritius this is very common. We Grill the ingredients on charcoal and crush in in morttar and add chopped cylantro and salt to taste. We call it grilled tomato chutney.
