I don’t understand how the sauce got thick. It was watery in the blender.
I find that the tomatillos make food too sour. Especially that many. But that's just me. Great content, tho. 💕 🙏🏼🙏🏼
fantastic, much simpler than my old standby where I need poblanos as well (almost impossible to get in the UK). We grow our own tomatillos in the UK, they seem to like it, but poblanos, not so much.
