omg , your soup looks wonderful . thank you 4 reminding me of kitchen bouquet , i totally forgot about that stuff. like they say …..out of sight out of mind . also i never thought to make it with beef shank . i usually use stewing beef and i frequently cook with dry red wine or white depending on what i am making . i am a huge fan of cooking with wines , i just love the flavor they give . but i also learned that in my pressure cooker not to add to much as it doesn't cook the flavor down like regular cooking . i usually do not comment but maybe i will now . i just love your recipes . keep up the wonderful channel . hugs from michigan………….. p.s. thumbs up !!! everyone have a great day and weekend ahead !!!
I always use a beef shank when I make beef vegetable soup. I just call it beef shank soup. I've got to get in instant pot. time to get after mom for Christmas 🙂
