I started “copying” your exercise recommendations and eating & I’ve lost 15 pounds so far. I bought my echelon bike because of you back in 2020. But now I do high incline treadmill walks and heavy weights.

    One of my Fb friends put up her Christmas tree and decorations yesterday 10-16 and it was also her husband’s bday so they’ve decided to make it a tradition.
    IMO it’s too early but to each their own I suppose.. lol

    Same here for Xmas I decorate day before Thanksgiving and take down day after Christmas….I do a deep cleaning and house looks empty but I love starting the new year off with a clean house lol !!!!

    I always watch the Nike drops too! I love that you get free shipping when you are a member. I’m 35 and when I was in school you were considered poor if you shopped at Walmart. I’m glad that things have changed.
