happy birthday mrs. dash! my favorite side is collard greens, such a perfect bite with brisket. probably more of a stove thing though. wouldn't the cheese melt if you smoked it though? and have fun on the boat!

Happy birthday Mrs Dash! I hope you’re cruise is “ transformative “. I really need to up my Mac n cheese game. I only tried it once from scratch. The flavor was pretty good but one of the cheeses I used made it really firm once it started cooling off a little bit and messed up the texture. Dogs loved what was left over though.

First off…Happy Birthday to the Mrs.. Totally agree with the Mac N Cheese which we call Macaroni Pie on the islands. I make good Mac N Cheese/ Macaroni Pie but I also have friend that make DAMN good Mac N Cheese which daughter prefers and I even told him his Macaroni Pie is damn good…so I totally understand. It's not like mine isn't good but my friend just has extra something in it ….so now I make a Mac N Cheese with a little grandma , a little me, a little of my friend in it and every is totally happy . Cheers!🍻

Tell Mrs Dash happy birthday and since your on a boat I can say definitely "Rock" her boat 😅🎂. As to the sides? Mac&Cheese is definitely on the list. Simply put I do it my way. And that includes a little smoked brisket. Definitely potato salad, some Cole slaw. And eventually a few more sides. There will always be folks who ask or say you didn't do things the way "they" like it. I'm never going to be concerned about those folks. If you don't like it, don't eat it. True that. But I do agree when cooking food for sale find your recipe and stick to it. Don't be playing around with it. Anyway you two have a great trip. 🚢🎅👍🎄
