@THE WADS I have done a quick scroll through some of the comments ( Not all of them cuz who has the time) But just so you know Stew meat/Stew beef is supposed to be cooked slowly for a couple of hours. Its classed as a cheaper meat which means tougher meat, So long and slow maybe in you crockpot/slow cooker.

Bulgogi should be sliced thinly and not in chunks and it’s not a stew, lol. It’s also usually made with grated Asian pear which are readily available here in Korea. I also saw recipes call for kiwi, but have never tried it that way. Truthfully, I usually just by it at my local grocery store because I’m too lazy to make it myself. It sometime has onions and enoki mushrooms in it too, but it depends on what store you go to.

for our egg bites i got a silicone muffin pan that makes it so much easier to get out. we love making those you can basically put anything in them. for the bacon if i want to be lazy i buy the real bacon bits. can't tell the difference in the egg muffin.
