Ok so how do I get to this point? I only know of the DIY but how do I get that owl in that museum to let me go anywhere? Do I need to max out my home first? Do I need to get 5 stars on the island? How about telling us who are new to the game what steps are there to get to this point.

If you are still trying to grow the hybrid flowers, the beautiful island ordinance is the one for you. I haven't had to water my flowers in in game days and have trippled my yield. It frees my time to take care of other daily tasks.
Blathers does not mention Brewster at all no matter what I do. I have every wing of the museum unlocked and many donations for each one and yet blathers had not mentioned brewster. I went and got a gyroid and my island is 4 stars. And I'm the resident rep for the island. Can someone help me?

One hour difference is not enough they should have made it two hours. So I changed to the flowers and weeds I don't see a difference at all.
