    Great recipe. One option is you can marinate the chopped up chicken in some low sodium soy sauce for 10-15 mins prior (while making sauce) for extra flavor.

    I make the same chicken and a lower calorie sesame chicken sauce:

    1 tbsp sesame oil

    3 tbsp Swerve brown sugar

    2 tbsp honey

    2.5 tbsp soy sauce

    2.5 tbsp sugar free ketchup

    1 tsbp white vinegar

    3 tbsp water

    Combine in pan and boil for 5 mins letting it thicken, stirring occasionally, it should coat the back of a spoon. It will thicken up as it cools down. If you like it thicker add 1/2 tbsp corn starch to 1/2tbsp water to the above and bring to boil.

    When I put all these ingredient into my macro app, I get 200 calls more that what you are claiming. I have run my numbers many times and come up with the same results. Can you please show me how you get your macro numbers. I would like to eat this recipe but if I run my numbers I simply cannot.

    I think it would be helpful for some of your followers to see the daily life of you. What you eat, drink and how you work out ect. Everything you do on a day to day basis to get results.
