How would this recipe do with stacking 3 layers? I notice your bottom layer looks as if it's sinking a bit with the other layer on top. Which isnt a bad thing but is bad for stacking layers. LoL I'd like to make this recipe in a couple days for a decorated cake. I hope you get back to me! ❤

Baking soda:2 tsp
Baking powder:1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder:100 grams
Oil: 1/2 cup
Butter:1/2 cup(one bar)
Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
Sugar:100 grams
Eggs:3
Vanilla: 1 tsp
Soir cream: 1/2 cup
Milk:1/2 cup
Coffe or hot water: 1 cup
Frosting:
Butter: 1 1/2 cups (3 bars)
Cocoa powder:100 grams
Salt: 3/4 tsp
Vanilla: 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 5 to 8 cups
Cream: 3 tsp

I have made this cake for my mom's birthday two years in a row. It is THE BEST chocolate cake ever! I use less sugar in the cake and only a third of the frosting, but it is a winner! Thank you so much for the amazing recipe!

Do you have a darker chocolare frosting mix. I loved the cake part, but for the frosting I thought it wasn't quite dark enough for a devils food cake. I'm an absolute beginner (which goes a long way to say that your directions are so clear even I can cook delicious food) so have no idea how to go about a darker frosting.
Your written recipe has us putting in a whole cup of milk instead of a half a cup. I was wondering why it was a bit runny. I'll let you know how it turns out.
