Love the recipe but u have to used the achar masala or regular if u got .The achar masala donot over power the lamb just want to know or if it gave different taste. I never used it in curry.😊😊😊❤❤❤

Lamb is also my favourite protein and it's actually how I rate a restaurant's cookery, 'cause too many places overcook it. And I must have some fresh rosemary in the seasonings.. a match made in heaven.
