The soup part is delicious, BUT the dumplings vanished and basically dissolved into the soup. The taste is definitely there for the dumplings but no actual dumplings. I went right by the recipe, but it kind of makes sense that the mozzarella cheese would "melt" from the heat of the soup. I was disappointed in that the dumplings disappeared.
So i made this for dinner tonight and it was freaking amazing. However my dumplings ending up turning into a crumble topping. It was still goodand I'll definitely will make it again but its not dumplings.
