My favorite green . I first discovered it when I saw a tiny green leaf popping out of the snow in a garden a previous tenant had planted the year before at 9,000' in the rocky mountains and after a week of -38* below zero !
It's so tough and so I tasted it and said Wow this is good and I've loved it ever since ..

I am growing arugula this year. It’s growing like a wheat, a lot. I don’t like the taste very much, but I’m making salad as much as I can. Thank you Dr.Berg 🙏🏻

I love arugula too. Also I think you got so excited about the libido aspect that you called it number 7 rather than number 6, which is how you had it written down lol
Just teasing you. Your work is wonderful. Thank you

I had to look up what the hell he was referring to as Rocket! It looked like what I buy here in Australia as Rocket, but Never heard it called Arugula before now.
How the hell did you yanks ever screw up the English language so much? 🤣

I love arugula and am growing my own…
My bunny loves the new shoots that are sweet and not too bitter..

I also LOVE IT in sandwiches as it creates a mustard taste with ham and cheese!

I love arugula but have stopped eating it because of hypothyroidism… If I am treating that with armour and my numbers are much better I wonder if I could go back to eating it…. I think all my favorite vegies are cruciferous!

I consume it every day with my special tahini sauce, I take raw tahini, mix it with it up with drinking water, I add concentrated black vinegar, and Himalayan salt. I also consume carrots and cucumbers along with it. Bon appétit 👌🏼😋‼️

In Italia it’s called Rucola 😍. Tasty but sweet bitter but luv it so much. Dressing on with tuna in can mozzarellas and grape like tomatoes. It’s my lunch almost every week
