Thank you for this video Stephy. I’m planning on doing this type of fast for the month of August and going forward. Are you planning on skin surgery at some point? I think when I hit my one year on Keto a new set of measurements, I’ll show my loose skin. Might be kind of gross. You’re the best and amazing.

Good one! For your mayo, consider switching to Primal Kitchen avocado oil mayo. The big food brands have toxic oils, soy, etc. 💜💜💜💜

The alternating days thing wasn't working for me because I was perseverating on what I could eat on my keto days and then go a little nuts on keto days.
This week so far I've set my carbmanager app to 10 carbs per day for this week and am just sticking to the extra low carbs. That way, if I want the nuts, I can have the nuts I'm willing to give up the carbs. For instance, yesterday I really wanted the Hilo ranch snack mix. Because it has three carbs, that's what I ended up having as my lunch. It seems to be working pretty well…of course we are only two days in. Lol
