I just recently bought the Aldi organic salsa. Medium. It’s not bad. I compared it to their regular salsa and was happy to see it was less sodium and better ingredient wise. I don’t buy tortilla chips anymore. I buy the El milagro corn tortillas at Aldi. I cut them in triangles, spray with olive oil Pam and then sprinkle with just a smidge of low sodium Tajin seasoning. Bake at 375 for about 12-14 minutes. Yes it’s work but the calories, fat and carbs are minuscule compared to store bought.

How are you not whole food plant based yet?

The only diet ever scientifically shown to reverse our leading cause of human death (Heart Disease kills 33% of humans), with 99.4% success, is a Whole Food Plant Based diet. -Esselstyn

FlavCity is part of my homeschool curriculum for Health Class, along with Weston A Price. I don’t want MyPlate taught to my kids in public school. What is our government doing?! Why is FlavCity teaching this but not the schools and why isn’t the FDA banning poison?

Bobby, consider this: Your tagline/endorsement “Bobby Approved” logo might qualify for a US registered TRADEMARK, and thus preventing other competing Bobs, Bobbys, Bobbis, etc. (in the health/food category) from using an identical or confusingly similar branding mark. At the very least, affix your logo with a TM (or SM) designation to reserve some common law protection, but a fully registered trademark provides you real legal protection.

If you have not already done so, contact a trademark attorney in your city/state to review trademark protection for your logo and “FlavCity” (with Bobby Parrish) name.

If you have living bacteria in a probiotic – you HAVE to have a small amount of sugar for the bacteria to metabolize or they will die. Sugar does not kill bacteria – they love it!
