For some crazy reason I never had this till I moved to El Paso in 91! This wasn't one of those Foods I grew up with, to me meatballs always went with spaghetti. I make this in the winter a couple of times and my kids devour it. I also make Spanish ricewith it and they dump that into it too! This will be on the menu for next month. Good job!
Thank you for sharing this recipe. My mother used to make this with similar ingredients and it was so good. She has been gone now for a few years and never thought to ask her for her recipe. Thank you again…it’s the perfect time of year to taste some of my mother’s love.
