Hello Maricel. I cooked a chicken in our air fryer rotisserie on Sunday and a pork joint today and I must say the rotisserie does one fantastic job, far better than cooking in the standard oven. Both the chicken and pork joint had more flavour and much more moist

Well put together video for the Rotisserie Chicken. The trussing technique is good.
I know from my own experience that a voice over is awful depending on ones voice lol.
    The finished product looked great.
Thank you from a retired Executive Chef.

I love rotisserie chicken but I'm conflicted on letting it rotate as all the juicy goodness seems to fall out! In an air fryer couldn't you argue that it cooks nicely enough without rotation, maintaining more juice? Or how do you feel?

Best video I’ve seen! This is my first time using my air fryer rotisserie function AND trussing a chicken. Thanks for the very simple demonstration. It’s not so intimidating now.

I tried this recipe and it was very good. You make tying up the chicken look easy and eloquent, not me though but it worked out well. I took it out at 165* and that was just right.

The chicken looks amazing Marcel. I have a question, when using the rotisserie for meats do you turn the fan function off so that only the heating element is cooking the meat? I assume this would get a better result for the rotisserie function. I haven't tried myself but my instinct is telling me air fryer mode with the rotisserie will dry it out more and maybe burn the outside? What are your thoughts I just got a sunbeam air fryer with the rotisserie

I have done up to a 5 lb chicken in my air fryer on the rotisserie. It is a tight fit to not hit the drip try and the top heating element but if you tie it up right it will work. Air fryers are not really made to accommodate a whole chicken as they are not tall enough for the bird to rotate easily. The wider fryers allow a little more wiggle room as you can stretch the bird out and make the thighs less of a problem hitting the heating coil and drip tray. Well worth the hassle as the wife loves rotisserie chicken and as they say happy wife happy life.

Very instructional, just what I was looking for. Better than the $15.00 Cookbook I bought Which only had recipes, no HOW To USE AIR FRYER. I will test this out tonight. Should Be Good.
