Looks better than deep oil fried chicken. Maybe double dippingnis the secret. Ive tried egg wash first the flour and the other way around, but it never came out looking rhat good. Have you tried adding a tablespoon of baking powder to the flour mixture to make it extra crispy withouttndouble-dipping?
