Do not have a big enough air fryer for a roast this size May check out this glaze though and do it some way in the oven just for something a little different. New with the instapot and was kind of glad to hear the timing on the carrots and cabbage and even soupy that coke Cannon was probably amazing I love it

I would of never ever thought to put a corned beef in a air fryer! I personally have always pressure cooked it, even before the instapot! Was it saltier than regular corned beef since it didn't have any water in it at all? I wouldn't think it would be very tender with only a 2 hr cooking time? If you do it in a regular oven, you cook it for about 4-6 hours depending on size. Even in a crock pot you are looking at a 12 hour cook for tenderness. Guess I'm just having a hard time imagining it in a air fryer, LOL.
